Job Description:
- Manage the duty roster for the outlet.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the team.
- Manage customer’s feedback, complaints, and resolve them amicably.
- Carry out administrative work such as daily reporting to HQ, cash bank-in, and tallying receipts accordingly.
Requirements And Skills:
- Decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Proven work experience as a Beauty Salon Manager or similar role.
- Good knowledge of aesthetic, beauty treatments, and products (e.g., for skincare).
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM4,00.00 – RM9,00.00 per month
