Job Description
We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Outlet Manager / Assistant Outlet Manager. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of our outlet. You will be in charge of managing a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train the outlet staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service to customers.
- Monitor and improve sales performance, reaching and exceeding targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively and promptly.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness, aesthetics, and operational effectiveness of the outlet.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role within the retail or hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
