Roles and Responsibilities:

• Execute targeted sales activities based on assigned KPI to attract new businesses and customers.
• Strategically position and attract new businesses and customers for business account acquisition.
• Engage in sales calls/door-to-door persuasion to identify potential sales leads.
• Source premium merchants and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads.
• Handle customer inquiries via email and phone.

Requirements:

• SPM or Business/Management Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years experience in sales (prior sales experience is an advantage).
• Prior experience in the payment industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Malay. Ability in Mandarin/Cantonese is a bonus.
• Confident, proactive, and result-oriented with good time management skills.
• Driven, energetic, and strong interpersonal skills.
