Job Description
Brandt Business Services Sdn Bhd is seeking dedicated individuals for the Outbound Save Desk position. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to prevent customer churn, providing exceptional service, and ensuring all customer commitments are met within designated SLAs.
Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any business field, 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred, proficiency in English, knowledge of Malay and Mandarin is an advantage.
This contract role offers a salary of RM3,00.00 – RM3,400.00 per month, plus benefits.
