Job Description
We are currently seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Outbound Sales Executive who is fluent in Malay. As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and establish rapport
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities
Qualifications:
- Fluent in spoken and written Malay
- Previous experience in outbound sales is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
