Maxis Enterprise is a leading telecommunications company, seeking an Outbound Customer Service Representative to join. Proactively reach out to business clients, ensure positive customer experiences, and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to provide information and resolve issues
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Identify needs and offer solutions
• Proactively upsell products
• Document interactions accurately and meet targets
• Collaborate internally to address needs

Requirements

• 2+ years outbound customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
