Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an OTC / Accounts Receivable Analyst – Billing Exec. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing customer invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing, and resolving any billing discrepancies.
Your main responsibilities will include maintaining customer accounts, monitoring outstanding payments, and contacting customers to follow up on overdue invoices. You will also work closely with internal teams, such as sales and finance, to ensure accurate billing information and resolve any billing issues.
Key qualifications for this position include a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. A background in finance or accounting is preferred, along with experience in billing or accounts receivable. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is also required.
