About Our Client
Our client, Michael Page, is a renowned player within the Services industry with a global presence for over a century. They are currently looking for an Order Management / Order Processing (Korean Speaker) to join their dynamic team and contribute to the company’s continued success.
Job Description
- Address internal inquiries related to service orders and contracts through email, phone, etc.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including service, accounts receivable, etc., to meet customer requirements.
- Perform data entry and manage information pertaining to orders and contracts.
The Successful Applicant
- Fluent in English as you are required to deal with regional stakeholders
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in order processing, order management, sales support, customer service, or relevant roles.
- Experienced in using SAP system is an added advantage.
