Job Description
Handle walk-in customers.
Manage customer inquiries.
Perform receptionist duties.
Handle communication with customers via call, email for stock status, delivery, and payment.
Prepare documents like Packing list, Invoices, Delivery Order, and Consignment Note for courier services.
Record all Invoice Numbers manually in notebooks before sending for delivery.
Record Invoice Numbers in the Driver record book for daily deliveries.
Update Sale orders with delivery status, stock status, and payment requests.
Provide details on Invoices such as items delivered, driver information, payment received.
