An Order Management Specialist is responsible for efficiently managing customer orders and ensuring smooth order processing from start to finish. They play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are delivered on time and accurately.

As an Order Management Specialist, your main duties will include:

• Receiving and verifying customer orders
• Processing orders in a timely manner
