Job Description
The Daily Broth, a reputable food industry company, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Management Coordinator. As an Order Management Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient order processing and fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and review customer orders for accuracy and completeness
- Enter order details into the company’s system and verify product availability
- Coordinate with sales and inventory teams to address any discrepancies or issues
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Liaise with customers to confirm order details, address inquiries, and provide order status updates
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any order-related issues promptly
- Coordinate with the shipping department to schedule and prioritize order shipments
- Ensure that all shipping documents and labels are accurate and compliant with regulations
- Coordinate with quality assurance or quality control for any customer complaints
- Generate regular reports on order fulfillment metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or equivalent
- Proven experience in order management or fulfillment, logistics, or a related field. Preferably in the food industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using Excel, order processing software such as CRM or ERP
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Well versed in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be an advantage
- Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Able to work independently and within a team
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,500.00 per month
