Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism;
- Conduct eye tests of all ages of customers in accordance with the guidelines laid out;
- Advice customers about vision-related matters and writing prescriptions and assist in choosing suitable eyewear based on their needs;
- Provide strong professional knowledge and skills support to assist sales team in improving sales and to meet annual business targets;
- Other duties which assigned by The Company.

Requirements:
- Completion of FBDO or Optometry Study in an Institution recognized by Majlis Optik Malaysia;
- Having experience in the retail industry will be an added advantage;

- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and any additional language would be an added advantage.
