In this role, you will arrange shipments (Air, Ocean, and Trucking) for Import & Export, and coordinate clearances while handling documentation like Booking, SI submissions, and BL.
Your key responsibilities include billing, following up on payments, updating reports, managing customer complaints, providing quotations, and optimizing daily operations to meet KPI targets.
