Job Description
Mestika Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Officer in the Bangi, Kajang, and Semenyih areas.
Job Description:
- Supervise security personnel and their attendance.
- Prepare rosters and conduct site inspections.
- Ensure compliance with safety SOPs.
- Coordinate security incidents and prepare reports.
- Respond to complaints about performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM; diploma in Security Management is an advantage.
- No criminal record; Malaysian citizens only (male).
- 2 years of security experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Willing to work shifts.
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month.
