Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate for the position of Operations / HR Manager at Oxydata Software. As an Operations / HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our organization, as well as leading and developing our Human Resources department.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to, implementing and improving operational systems and processes, managing employee relations, recruiting and onboarding new hires, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

• Manage and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company’s goals and objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, talent management, and employee development programs.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
