Job Description
As an Operations Claim Executive – Logistics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations related to claims management within the logistics industry. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Processing and evaluating claims filed by customers, carriers, or other stakeholders.
- Investigating and analyzing the root causes of claims and determining liability.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as operations, customer service, and finance, to gather relevant information and resolve claims in a timely manner.
- Negotiating settlement agreements with parties involved and managing claims settlement processes.
- Maintaining accurate records of claims, settlements, and related documentation.
