Job Description
Scope of Work:
- Payroll management
- Issuing invoices to government/private departments
- Registration of EPF, SOCSO, HRDF for employees
- Bank transactions management
- Preparing contracts for government/private bonds
- Managing petty cash/claims
- Settling utility bills and other payments
- Preparing monthly/annual reports for management
- Managing and monitoring budget allocations
- Managing and overseeing bank accounts
