Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Operational Administrator Support to join our team. As an Operational Administrator Support, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our company’s daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and organizing the office space, including maintaining supplies and equipment, scheduling maintenance and repairs, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences, such as emails, calls, and letters.
  • Support the management team in organizing meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Manage and update company databases and filing systems to ensure easy access and retrieval of information.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support roles.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
