Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for data processing, analysis, and summary reporting in the storage/distribution department;
- Execute, improve, and optimize key projects, indicators, and activity plans in the storage/distribution department;
- Analyze and optimize the efficiency, quality, and cost of the storage/distribution department;
- Conduct inspections of specialized work and provide training for optimization projects in the storage/distribution department;
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOP) for daily operations in the storage/distribution department, continuously enhancing them;
- Establish a scientific quality assessment system for storage and distribution operations, defining key quality indicators and assessment weights;
- Create training processes, materials, and assessments for new employees.
Qualifications:
- Assist the operation manager in handling daily abnormal distribution, asset management, and related expenses;
- Support the superior in auditing and reviewing end-of-life assets system and disposal;
- Monitor and report the progress and control of related projects;
- Manage daily personnel planning and workflow approval;
- Collaborate in national operation quality management, site planning, and inspection of each distribution center.

Salary: RM2,200.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
