Job Description

Hiring: Operations & Sales Assistant

We are looking for a team member who is:

• hardworking & quick to learn
• fast, neat, and organised
• great at handling customers on WhatsApp (polite, clear & professional)
• someone who enjoys structured work and follows systems

Requirements:⁠ ⁠

• Women only⁠ ⁠
• Punctual & committed⁠ ⁠
• Able to work overtime if needed
• Immediate intake

Daily Tasks:⁠ ⁠

• Pick & pack orders⁠
• ⁠Product QC (colour, design, size)⁠ ⁠
• Update orders in the system⁠ ⁠
• Reply to customers regarding enquiries or issues (exchange, wrong item, delays)

You’ll fit in perfectly if you:

Location : Shah Alam, Seksyen 16.

Salary: RM1,850 – RM2,500 (basic + allowance + bonus)
