Job Description
Sajian Ambang Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team at Hospital Ampang. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Company’s Operations Manager and oversee branch operations and administration. Key responsibilities include monitoring customer service standards, inspecting food and beverage quality, managing human resources, and coordinating operational solutions with other departments.
Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing marketing proposals, maintaining professional relationships with hospital management and patients, and conducting training sessions. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary between RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00 per month, with benefits including health insurance, maternity leave, and opportunities for promotion.
