Job Description

As Operations Manager, you will oversee the short-and long-term planning for all F&B operations in our client’s organization. You will report directly to the Managing Director and have a team of Area Managers reporting to you. As Operations Manager, your aim is to ensure front and back-of-house operational excellence to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting or exceeding financial goals.

Job Details:

  • Develop business operation plans, strategies, policies, and guidelines.
  • Develop a risk management framework, policy, and process.
  • Develop and establish a financial budget and plans.
  • Develop managers and high potential employees through organizational talent capability review.
  • Develop a service recovery framework.
  • Drive customer loyalty for service excellence.
  • Drive service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead outlet managers to develop organizational and governance strategies.
  • Manage compliance with F&B hygiene policies and procedures.
  • Oversee revenue and expenditure management.
  • Oversee and manage the outlets’ Profit and Loss by meeting monthly sales target.
  • Provide leadership during crisis situations.
  • Strategize service operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
  • Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
  • Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM8,00.00 – RM12,00.00 per month
