Job Information

Job Description

(1) Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenants complaints/problems

(2) Follow-up with contractors on maintenance and rectifications of defects

(3) Communicate with the tenants on property related matters

(4) Assist and oversee the day to day property operational matters

(5) Promptly attend to any emergencies matters and report to Superior as & when necessary

(6) To monitor services rendered by service providers/maintenance ensuring that they adhere to specifications, quality, and safety standards

(7) Lead and manage the fit-out projects for new store openings, renovations, and reinstatement

(8) Facilitate internal management approvals and ensure necessary documents are in place prior to the commencement of fit-out works

(9) Supervise and facilitate the progress of fit-out works, conducting final inspections on completed works before commencing business operations

(10) Assist on the ad-hoc matter which are assigned by manager from time to time

Requirement:

(1) Candidate must have minimum 2-3 years working experience in fit-out for retail or commercial unit.

(2) Study in Property/ real estate Management or any other equivalent.

(3) Able to work independently proactive with less supervision.

(4) Based at Seri Kembangan (Zeva Residence)

(5) Working hour: Monday to Friday only.

Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
