Job Description
As an Operation Executive at SLA Consultancy, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the outlets, including operational planning and ensuring customer service excellence. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing outlet operations and sales, staff recruitment, training, and development.
- Developing SOPs for consistent operations.
- Monitoring inventory levels and managing restocking.
- Providing feedback for team growth and achieving sales targets.
- Analyzing sales data for growth opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
