Job Description

Responsibilities

Documentation, such as BL Draft preparation, SI submission, etc.
Servicing existing and new customers and attending to their enquiries.
Coordinating the shipment arrangement.
Handling daily activities of export operations.
Liaison with overseas agents, shipping lines, co-loaders, and NVOCC on booking/documentation.
Correspondence and communication with overseas agents regarding enquiries and shipping arrangements.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree or equivalent qualifications.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding or shipping industry.
Familiarity with Import / Export customs formalities and regulations.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software and MS Office applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
