Job Description
Our resort, The Kabin, located at Pantai Remis Jeram, is seeking a motivated individual for the position of Operation Cum Front Desk.
Responsibilities include answering phone inquiries, assisting clients with property services, and collaborating with the Housekeeping Department, especially during peak season. Additional tasks may be assigned by the Resort Manager.
Requirements: a minimum Diploma in Marketing or Communications, at least 1 year of experience in hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in English.
We offer a competitive salary of RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as maternity leave and opportunities for promotion.
