Job Description
Job Descriptions
• To build, establish, maintain, and improve relationships with customers
• Ensure consignment orders are processed accurately based on the order and instructions given by the customers and/or management.
• Able to communicate and coordinate with Shippers, Customers, Customs broker, Transporters on cargo transportations/status.
• Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory.
• Assist in customs documentation and ensure accurate declaration of import and export permits.
• Maintain a systematic document filing.
• Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assisting in overdue payment collection.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the department head.
Requirements
- Diploma holder in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the logistics field
- Positive working attitude & be a good team player.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, e.g., Excel/Word.
- Shipping/ logistics management, good interpersonal skills
- Neat and disciplined on documentation.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Melayu.
