Job Description

Geodis Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Operation Coordinator to manage our logistics operations. The successful candidate will handle full sets of export and import documentations, ensuring job completion includes booking processes, monitoring BL processes, and managing vendor payments. You will maintain accurate records for both import and export, establish strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate should possess a good command of Excel and reporting tools, have 2-5 years of logistics experience, and be knowledgeable about export/import documentation and INCOTERMS. Proficiency in both local language and English is essential.
