Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Operation Coordinator to build, establish, maintain, and improve relationships with our customers. You will ensure the accurate processing of consignment orders, communicate with Shippers, Customers, Customs brokers, and Transporters regarding cargo transportation and status.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Warehouse Operations for timely inventory movements, assisting with customs documentation, maintaining systematic document filing, and ensuring prompt billing and payment collection.

Requirements include a Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, 1-2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, and good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
