Job Description
AITO Firework Holding Sdn Bhd is a leading fire protection service company serving the state of Selangor and Johor. We are currently looking for highly motivated individuals to join our company and build a long-term career with us. Candidates with relevant experience and a background in engineering will be given preference.
The responsibilities for this position include:
- Ensuring smooth operations that align with quality standards
- Overseeing accounting, banking processes, and money handling
- Monitoring financial data and recommending solutions for improved profitability
- Developing strategies and policies for company growth
- Implementing plans and procedures to prevent stock losses and theft
- Implementing cost reduction measures
- Conducting staff performance reviews and providing motivation
- Managing market initiatives and maximizing business performance
- Promoting better business practices
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and command & control skills
- Effective delegation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Conflict management skills
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Ability to interpret financial data and allocate budget
