Position: Operation Associate
Work Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday (10 AM to 7:30 PM)
Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Excellent relationship-building and product knowledge skills
- Strong negotiation and customer engagement abilities
- Effective presentation and organizational skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Description:
- Handle customer inquiries online and in-store
- Prepare orders for shopping platforms and resellers
- Support daily operations with ad-hoc tasks
