Job Description

• Your primary responsibilities involve supporting the sea freight operations team in managing and coordinating the import and export of goods by sea.
• This includes preparing and processing shipping documentation, coordinating with shipping lines, customs, and other relevant parties, and ensuring that all shipments comply with regulatory requirements.
• You’ll track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery, resolve any issues that may arise during transit, and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Additionally, you’ll assist in maintaining accurate records, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the operations team in optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Your role is vital in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of sea freight logistics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
