Job Description
Responsible for Group of company and retail outlet utilities related matters, including new application, top up credit, termination and enquiries. Sales coordinator task on tracking payment, arrangement of delivery to customers. Issue related billing documents such as Quotation, Confirmation Order, Invoice, Delivery Order, Proforma Invoice and Sales Order for internal and external customers. Retail outlet and group of company fire extinguisher license renewal and new application. Processing and documenting Quotation, Confirmation Order, Delivery Order, Purchase Order, Invoices and etc. Organize and maintain all documents in a proper manner. Documents submission of insurance claim of losses due to theft, burglary, and theft for retail outlet and Group of Company. External courier service management by verified dispatch records. Renewal of fire extinguisher for retail outlets and Group of Company. Generate new project code in company account system for new outlets. Able to perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
