Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To perform various administrative tasks, such as preparing weekly sales reports and monthly retail store reports.
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure compliance and consistency in tasks performed by floor staff.
- Assist in day-to-day operations of goods receive, purchase invoices, sales invoices, inventory control, and more.
- Ensure accurate product flow and documentation recording in the database system.
- Handle inventory control and general paperwork/data entry.
- Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Minimum O level/Diploma in business administration, retail management, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Initiative, results-oriented, meticulous, and high accuracy in work.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
