Job Description
Cotecna is a leading provider of testing, inspection, and certification services. We are currently seeking an Operation & Admin Assistant to join our team.
Main Accountabilities
- Assist customers and handle general inquiries.
- Typing and printing of inspection reports/certificates.
- Data entry and invoicing.
- Handle phone calls and direct enquiries.
- Maintain filing system and generate monthly reports.
Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills
- Good typing and reporting skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
