Job Description
We are a leading healthcare and wellness company specializing in the distribution of massage chairs and fitness equipment. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of our customers by providing high-quality products that promote relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and scheduling appointments with potential customers via message and various social media platforms.
- Proactively following up with customers and promptly providing requested company product details such as information, pictures, and videos.
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments for customers to visit our showrooms, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience.
- Conducting online sales transactions and efficiently processing customer orders through social media channels.
- Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Meeting or exceeding assigned sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive sales growth and contribute to team targets.
Requirements:
- Must be able to speak and write Chinese.
- Those without experience but interested in learning are welcome to apply; training and guidance will be provided.
- Performance-driven.
- 6 days work week (4 days work in office, weekends work from home).
- Required to work on weekends, 1 day off on weekdays.
