Job description :
- Manage company E-commerce platforms such as Whatsapp/Facebook Page/Instagram or Website.
- Engage with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Prepare sales and customer database reports.
- Develop E-commerce strategies to promote sales online and through Live marketing.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Assist customers in locating and purchasing items online.
- Assess customer needs and provide information on product features.
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Job requirements :
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience.
- Sales/customer service experience is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good interpersonal and social skills.
- Immediate availability.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month Benefits:
