Job Description

Provide prompt and effective customer support through live chat channels.

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers in navigating our products/services and resolving problems.
  • Create engaging and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including product descriptions, promotional content, and social media posts.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop impactful and on-brand copy.
  • Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and insights.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services through effective communication.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to address recurring problems and improve overall customer experience.
  • Juggle live chat interactions while simultaneously maintaining a focus on copywriting tasks.
  • Manage time efficiently to handle multiple customer inquiries and content creation responsibilities.
