Job Description
Provide prompt and effective customer support through live chat channels.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers in navigating our products/services and resolving problems.
- Create engaging and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including product descriptions, promotional content, and social media posts.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop impactful and on-brand copy.
- Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and insights.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services through effective communication.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to address recurring problems and improve overall customer experience.
- Juggle live chat interactions while simultaneously maintaining a focus on copywriting tasks.
- Manage time efficiently to handle multiple customer inquiries and content creation responsibilities.
