Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Online Chat Customer Service at JOBBUILDER. As an Online Chat Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues through online chat support.
Your main duties will include responding to customers’ messages promptly and courteously, identifying and understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions or recommendations. Additionally, you may need to escalate complex issues to the relevant department for further assistance.
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously while maintaining a friendly and professional tone. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
