Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Onboarding Specialist to join our digital marketing team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients have a seamless and successful onboarding experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients to gather all necessary information and assets for their digital marketing campaigns.
- Setting up and configuring various digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Conducting thorough quality checks to ensure all campaigns are set up correctly and running smoothly.
- Providing guidance and support to clients throughout the onboarding process.
- Working closely with internal teams to address any issues or concerns that may arise.
