Job Description

As a Customer Service Support Executive at JP Infotech, you will play a crucial role in maintaining SLA and TAT standards. Your responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring service quality, and handling various tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to phone calls within agreed SLA
- Guiding staff in handling difficult calls
- Managing complaints for local Motor business
- Processing reimbursements from customers/clients
- Collaborating with the ISO team for documentation
- Conducting monthly reviews and probation for new staff
- Identifying training needs and providing feedback
- Performing call audits and reporting duties
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Customer service

Education:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in automotive with 4-5 years related experience
