Job Description
Hammer Engineering Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Office Executive to join our team. As an Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Department and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Department on a daily basis in quotation preparation and tender/bidding preparation.
- Manage and register for company vendor and authorities licensing, including PETRONAS, CIDB, DOSH, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, Gas Malaysia, etc.
- Update and monitor the client database and potential customers.
- Follow up on trial proposals and other requests from customers regarding additional requirements for new/existing products.
- Attend to client inquiries and secure orders for products and services, while liaising with local and international vendors/suppliers.
- Liaise with the procurement department for orders, shipping/delivery, and manage delivery arrangements to clients.
- Attend meetings, tender/project briefings, technical meetings for awarded projects.
- Prepare monthly sales data reports for projects, products, and services.
- Record and file all quoted and awarded tenders.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
