Job Description

EWYS BINA SDN BHD

Duties and responsibilities for a part-time office clerk:

  1. Data Entry:
  2. Inputting and updating information into databases, spreadsheets, or other electronic systems.
  3. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
  4. Filing and Organization:
  5. Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems.
  6. Retrieving and filing documents as needed.
  7. Communication:
  8. Handling incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.
  9. Providing basic information to callers or directing them to the appropriate person.
  10. Photocopying and Scanning:
  11. Copying and scanning documents as required.
  12. Distributing copies to relevant parties.
  13. Record Keeping:
  14. Maintaining and updating records, such as employee information or project files.

Ad Hoc Tasks:

Assisting with miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.

Additionally, part-time office clerks are expected to be adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess good organizational and communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM8.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Weekend jobs

  • STM/STPM (Required)

Experience:
