Job Description
EWYS BINA SDN BHD
Duties and responsibilities for a part-time office clerk:
- Data Entry:
- Inputting and updating information into databases, spreadsheets, or other electronic systems.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Filing and Organization:
- Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems.
- Retrieving and filing documents as needed.
- Communication:
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.
- Providing basic information to callers or directing them to the appropriate person.
- Photocopying and Scanning:
- Copying and scanning documents as required.
- Distributing copies to relevant parties.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintaining and updating records, such as employee information or project files.
Ad Hoc Tasks:
Assisting with miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
Additionally, part-time office clerks are expected to be adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess good organizational and communication skills.

Pay: From RM8.00 per hour
