Job Description
- Provide consultation about health issues, nutrition, and a healthy diet in response to customer enquiries.
- Provide good customer service to all our customers.
- Promote health & beauty products according to customer needs.
- Promote awareness of a healthy diet & lifestyle through company social media to educate the public.
- Perform health screening to customers.
- Always keep up to date on the market trend in terms of product knowledge and the latest nutritional findings.
- Provide nutrition training to the team.
- Involve in learning and development.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
- Be responsible in outlet operation, merchandising & inventory management.
- Assist in company promotional activities when necessary.
