Job Description
Job Description:
- Manage team and operate Central Monitoring Centre (CMS) following SOP and best practices
- Ensure proper PC functioning at remote sites using AnyDesk Software
- Assist clients/visitors online and handle inquiries efficiently
- Troubleshoot system failures and maintain network efficiency
- Inspect and fix LAN infrastructure issues
- Test software, maintain hardware, and peripheral devices
- Evaluate network performance and suggest improvements
- Organize upgrades, schedule maintenance, and perform data backups
- Provide technical guidance to colleagues on computer and network usage
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification; proficient in BM and English
- Available for shift work, overtime, and travel to Setia Alam office
- Prior experience as a network technician
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP, and network tech
- Hands-on experience with software and hardware
