Job Description
Location – Ara Damansara, Malaysia.
- Salary: Mono Lingual (Japanese speaking only) RM 8,00
Bi – lingual (Japanese + English) RM 9,00

- Fresh Graduate or 1 years Customer Service Experience
- Headcounts: 10
- Work: Working hours – Rotational Shift
- Joining Date: ASAP or with Notice Period
Position Summary:
Primary Job Functions:
- Answer incoming calls including email and chat in a timely manner.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
- Keep the customer’s privacy and protect customer information.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Achieve the given metrics in accordance with the center’s commitment to the client.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Provide accurate information and excellent customer service.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Excellent data entry and typing skills.
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM8,00.00 – RM9,00.00 per month
