Job Description
The candidate will be part of the Murex testing/EOD stream responsible for configuring and executing EOD runs in test environments. The ideal candidate should have worked with Murex in EOD/Support role for a minimum of 1 year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 1-1.5 years of experience supporting Murex 3.1 End of Day batch.
- Knowledge of schedulers including Control-m or Autosys or Cronjob.
- Strong knowledge of Murex modules.
- Strong knowledge of debugging issues on Murex.
- Good knowledge of different Murex modules like workflow, reports, etc.
- Monitor Murex based support tickets, provide support with all end-user issues, escalate issues to the support manager as needed.
- Communicate effectively in non-technical terms with end users to troubleshoot issues and bring to resolution.
- Ability to diagnose Murex issues and train internal support staff effectively on diagnosing similar issues.
- Contribute to customer and support analyst “how to” documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal troubleshooting guides.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under time constraints.
