Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled MRP/DPS Planning Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the material requirements planning (MRP) and distribution planning process (DPS) to ensure efficient production and delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement MRP strategies to optimize inventory levels and ensure on-time delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan production accordingly
- Monitor inventory levels and propose corrective actions to avoid stockouts or overstock situations
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the MRP and DPS processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in MRP and DPS planning, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
