Description
Carry out administrative tasks and daily operational activities to assist in the smooth running of PUSPAKOM’s administrative affairs.
Job Scope
- Receive and process vehicle inspection payments.
- Record vehicle details in the system before inspections are conducted.
- Provide inspection reports to customers at the delivery counter.
- Handle and record daily collections.
- Organize, arrange, and update files according to 5S standards.
- Ensure the CAVIS system functions properly and is maintained according to schedule.
- Ensure the CAVIS system is opened and closed before and after operations.
- Perform other tasks as directed by management from time to time.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or;
- Minimum 1 year of administrative and clerical work experience.
- Proficient in using the CAVIS system.
- Able to work overtime.
- Able to work outside of the area.
- Disciplined, dedicated, diligent, and trustworthy.
- Priority given to male candidates.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
