Job Description

We are currently looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Mgr-Events I. As the Events Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events for our company. This includes conferences, seminars, product launches, and other promotional activities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing concept and strategy for each event, considering target audience and objectives.
• Managing event budgets, including negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Hiring and supervising event staff and coordinating their tasks for seamless event execution.
• Overseeing event logistics such as venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and transportation.
• Working closely with the marketing team to promote events and ensure maximum participation.
• Monitoring and evaluating the success of events, making improvements for future events.
